When navigating your career, there's a dizzying amount of tools promising to help. Resume builders, LinkedIn optimizers, ATS hacks. If those work for you, use them. But if you're tired of reducing yourself to keywords and bullet points, and you want something more human, Career Signals is here to help.
We don't offer resume templates or formatting tricks to game applicant tracking systems. Instead, you work with AI to uncover patterns and narratives you didn't know existed. Your insights belong to you—export your persona to markdown, use it for LinkedIn, networking, or personal branding.

Account Terms
• The user is responsible for all content posted and all actions performed with their account.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.
• We reserve the right to disable or delete a user's account for any reason at any time.
• An email address is recommended for account recovery and service updates, but not required.
Account Data
In order to have a functional Career Signals account, a username and password are required. An email is recommended as it is the only way for a user to restore their account in case of a forgotten password.
A user is able to change their username, password, and email through their account settings. A user is able to export all their data at any point. A user is able to completely delete their account and all information related to their account at any time.
Payments
Career Signals is currently in free beta. We may introduce premium features in the future. If and when we do, we will be transparent about pricing and provide clear value for any paid plans.

Privacy & Data
Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. You can export your persona, conversation history, and all associated data at any time in markdown format.
Third-Parties
We have a strong commitment to never share any user data with third-parties. The only necessary exception is our authentication provider (for account login) and our AI service provider (for processing your interviews). We do not use your data for training AI models or any other purpose beyond providing you with the service.
Encryption
All user passwords are stored in hashed form. We support and require encryption in transit via TLS. All data centers we use maintain industry-standard security certifications.
Infrastructure
Service Availability
We provide the Career Signals service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take uptime seriously and aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not offer service-level agreements during the beta period.
Backups
We maintain regular backups of our database. However, during the beta period, we recommend users export their data regularly as an additional safeguard.
Open Source
Career Signals is built using open source technologies. We are committed to transparency and may open source parts of our codebase in the future.

Changes
